A or the win condition is the condition that enables a victory. That may be a teamfight or an entire match. Usually it is played around since sticking to it will result in a win inevitably.
Some conditions could be an important ability, a very good player or the timer.
Example situation: Player X is a win condition because he hits all his shots. You just need to make sure he stays alive for long enough.
